Manerva is provided by 313 Prints ("we", "us"). When you use Manerva you are contracting with 313 Prints. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Manerva is online business management software for managing customers, jobs, tasks, products and invoices. You must be of legal age, or have authority to bind the organization you sign up for, and provide accurate account information. Keep your login details confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including:
- using it for anything unlawful or fraudulent, or to send spam;
- infringing anyone's intellectual property;
- interfering with its security — uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping;
- reverse engineering, reselling or circumventing technical limits.
Your content
You own the data you add. You give us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the service.
Ownership
313 Prints owns Manerva and all related intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your subscription is active.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Manerva costs $9.99/month after a 7-day free trial and renews monthly until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.
Service level
We work hard to keep Manerva running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data, except where the law doesn't allow this to be limited (for example fraud, death or personal injury).
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using Manerva and delete your account at any time from Settings; your data is then deleted.
