Manerva is operated by 313 Prints. 313 Prints is the data controller for personal data collected through Manerva, meaning we decide how and why it is used.
Data we collect and why
- Account details (name, email, login credentials) — to create your account and provide the service (contract).
- Business data you enter (business details, customers, jobs, tasks, products, invoices) — to provide the service (contract).
- Support messages — to help you (contract, legitimate interests).
- Usage data, device identifiers and IP address — for security, fraud prevention and improving the product (legitimate interests).
- Marketing emails, if any — only with your consent, which you can withdraw anytime.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host and run Manerva (hosting, database, authentication, support tools).
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.

Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, or data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised, except where we must keep records by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We respond within one month. You can delete your account yourself in Settings.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls that keep each business's data separate.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and make the app work. We don't use advertising cookies. You can clear them in your browser settings, but you'll be signed out.
